Marco Bottega since childhood has nourished himself with love for cooking, sacrifice and a lot of quality.
After completing his humanistic studies, he dedicates himself to a long apprenticeship that will lead him to discover the traditions of Italian cuisine and to collaborate with the greatest Italian and foreign chefs.
After having learned many techniques and experiences, in 2009 he decided to return to the current family business. From there begins a progressive improvement of the company under the managerial, structural and human resources that will lead him to receive numerous awards and recognitions in a very short time.

The Chef is part of the third generation of restaurateurs. Since childhood he has nourished himself with love for cooking, sacrifice and quality. After completing his humanistic studies, he dedicates himself to a long apprenticeship that will lead him to discover the most illustrious traditions and Chefs of Italian and foreign cuisine.
